Order Processing

We are a small team of two, but we will be working to make sure that all orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Domestic Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping for $8 anywhere within the contiguous U.S. While we would love to offer free shipping that has become the norm we are still a small business, so we appreciate your support and hope to one day offer that service. Orders are shipped via USPS (support your local post office) and may take 2-5 business days to arrive depending on location.

As soon as a label is created for your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please note that the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24-48 hours to update in the system once the label has been created.

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. We'll try our best to change any incorrect addresses, but it will be difficult to do so once your order has been shipped.

International Orders

Right now we can only ship domestically throughout the U.S. We are looking into introducing international shipping.

Exchanges & Returns

We want our customers to enjoy our candles. If there is any problem with your product please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@sachgoods.com and we'll help you get the process started. If there is an issue with our candles please include a detailed description and any photos in your email so we can determine how to best help you. 

Please note that sample and seconds candles are final sale.
